Does anyone have any recommendations for banks or bankers in the Omaha area that work with investors? I'm looking to refinance a rehab I recently completed and potentially a portfolio loan. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Check out Nebraska Bank of Commerce.  They've been willing to work me and my business partners on deals.
