Hello Omaha members,

I just bought the book "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" and hoping to learn as much as possible about getting the numbers right for a property. However, I'm a visual learner and would love the opportunity to accompany someone while walking through a property. If you need company and/or coffee I could provide both if you are willing to share your knowledge, it could be fun.
