I have 5 investment properties to sell at realistic prices! Homes are all located on Cleveland's west side which is a very sough after area for investors.Below i'm placing all info on all houses and your a serious buyer with proof of funds and want to see them let me know and ill get you in to them to view them!

Most of these properties are turn key and need nothing or very minor work. Most are rented with paying tenants.

Reason for selling is to join a new venture!

Please understand there is very little room to negotiate due to priced very well!

We will also manage these properties for you so you don't get taken advantage of by the substandard local managment companies. We have a great track record!

West Cleveland cash cow and these are getting more and more scarce! Investors love these west side props! I know I do, I own 30 of them and love them!

This house was rehabbed by my team 4 years ago with new plumbing, new electrical, new upper unit furnace, Tenants have been in place for over 5 years here, please do not visit property without my permission. New roof 3 years ago!
