I have the opportunity to purchase a lot in a flood plain. I intend to put a mh on this lot and rent it out. I know texas requires land lords to have a flood disclosure. Other than informing the tenants of a flood plain and recommending flood and renters insurance, can I be liable for anything flood related, damage, loss, death etc.? TIA

Can we try to finance the quad with an fha loan since he doesn't currently have one, or would I have to stay off the loan in order to qualify since I already have an fha? TIA

Hi everyone, I'm looking to rent an apartment in San Antonio, TX and then sublease it on either airbnb or directly to travel nurses. When talking to one apartment, they told me I had to be registered through the city in order to do this. Can anyone further explain what she means? Also does anyone have any insight into this business model and maybe recommend apartments or lofts that allow subleasing? TIA
