Pulling Permits within the city

If I were to get registered with the city as a residential building contractor, would I be able to pull all permits needed for renovations? Or would the electrician, plumber, hvac, etc still need to pull their own?

@Jordan White Melvin is correct. As a general contractor here in San Antonio who has done flips,. The homeowner/general contractor can pull building and renovation permits for the whole project. However any trade work such as plumbing, hvac and electrical must be pulled by a contractor who holds a master license in that trade. Journeyman licensee's can not pull permits. If you ever have any other contractor questions send me a connect request or contact me directly at 210-409-4583.
