@Grant Rothenburger thanks so much for your comment. I think that would be a great method to get in the business. I will definitely look into this more as I think it could be a great way to make money as an affiliate while learning at the same time.

As a broker on what conditions would you hire an 18 year old ? Also what percentage of the people you hire have degrees?
