@John Morgan thanks so much for the words of encouragement, wisdom,and sharing a part of your story. I will continue to follow my passions and make it go somewhere in life! I haven’t started reading them yet but I do have the 4 hour work week and richest man of Babylon in audio book form. I will start them soon after I finish a few more books! Do you recommend any other books ?

@Whitney Sewell I appreciate your respond so much, your advice as been invaluable! I am in the works of finding a real estate investing mentor. My grandma is a real estate agent so try to learn as much from her as possible. I have been in the talks with one investor but it’s only been through email. Also I would love to here the name of your podcast to check it out. And I am interested in being a real estate and buying multi family properties with the buy and hold method. I would love to know what books your recommend based off of that!

I know this can be a touchy subject for some but out of curiosity what has been your range of income throughout your real estate career? ( feel free to use rough estimates) And what were your income streams coming from?
