I know this can be a touchy subject for some but out of curiosity what has been your range of income throughout your real estate career? ( feel free to use rough estimates) And what were your income streams coming from?

@Stephen Gallagher wow thanks so much for sharing that, I appreciate it so much ! Also you’ve made a great point that will stick with me and that is to start as early as possible. I will not fall short in that area, thank you !

@Kevin Moules thanks so much for your words of wisdom and encouragement! I think that is a great route to go and I’ll have to find a job that I think fits me the most while building up my business, perhaps something in real estate. And you are correct I have come across Graham Stephan and have been watching him for about 2 years now. Thanks for the suggestion though, I really appreciate it! How was it like balancing your work life with a regular job and working in real estate? And do you think you had to sacrifice one’s quality for it to work? Also congrats on making the switch, I wish you lots of success in the future!

@Stephen Gallagher thanks for your suggestion! That was also a route I was consider taking. The trade could provide the income for acquiring my purchases. Do you have any tips for the flipping business?

@Cassi Justiz thanks so much for that response and suggestion and I know my school offers some of those for upper class men so I’ll see what I will be eligible next year. Also I think taking specific classes would be beneficial for me in the future !

@Frank Wong that makes a lot of sense, thanks so much for your insight, I really appreciate it!

@Logan Mayberry thanks for the insight. I have asked them and they believe that there is only one person way for me to do real estate. And that is to go to college with either a real estate or business. I believe there are more ways than one to do it. Although their idea isn’t a bad one, I’m not sure if it is the right one for me, but I still have more thinking to do about it.

@Toby Chandler thanks so much for your insight and advice. I think that would be a great idea and I will definitely look into those courses in more detail for the summer. Also thanks for sharing your personal experience. And I really like the idea about college and option I think could work for me!

@Charles Kao that makes a lot of sense and I appreciate your response and an alternate way of doing the thing I want to do!
