Investing in multi family real estate

Jordan Lucas
Posted

I am 16 years old and I want to be a real estate agent and investor. One of my biggest goals for real estate to to control 1,000s of cash flowing units. I know that number is high but also obtainable. Does anyone who invest in multi family units have any advice for how to get to that number. And how was your journey to buying multi family units?

@Jordan Lucas I can't promote on here but you can go my my website to find the podcast.

I would start with @Joe Fairless and @Theo Hicks book The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book.
