Hey Tim Mellor I work at RESE and we really appreciate your shout out, you mention the inspections weren't as detailed as you hoped. If you have any pointers or specific requests I would love to get together/ send some emails back and for as to how we could do that better! As for anyone else who is looking. For a property management company please reach out and I'd love to explain how we do things at RESE

Maybe we should just talk everyone into pooling the money together and investing in a new build somewhere in Lehi. Maybe the answer is bigger picture purchases. I really just don't know how to make these small multifamily/single family homes work.
