For a Newbie such as myself is Renatus worth the investment?

I've taken a bit of criticism for some shares on Bigger Pockets. People complain about the incorrect focus.

I am a myRenatus student. I am also a prior Rich Dad student as well. The education has its merits, but it serves no good purpose if you're inactive.

I did that for two years, because I sat on the side lines complaining about myRenatus and marketing.

Most of the time I was not doing the real estate either.

It took me some deep thought, however when I got my focus corrected, I made a decision on what I wanted to do and not what someone else tells me to do.

I originally purchased the education two years ago. After I started actually using the education I started doing real estate. I started off slow with being a money investor within the local community. While doing that I continued my training and now I have a rental property.

You can see it has nothing to do with the company but rather me, the person, being in action.
