hey everyone, thanks for the responses. @Todd Plambeck swat team? haha that seems rather extreme but i suppose some areas may be pretty intense about it. @Rohit Singh i never thought about that one. particularly the "seeking mentor, 10k / month" ones are very much so everywhere in plano.

hello! i was curious if anyone has experience doing door knocking to probate executors? i have a mail campaign that can sustain for a few more months however i am very anxious to get a deal under me to continue funding my mailings. obviously these people are in a difficult spot, however i too have been in that same spot. i am 21 years old right now and i lost my mother to breast cancer at 17 and had a bad run in with business people (one of the biggest reasons i got into this business) and my goal is to help people out of these situations. i provide a free moving service and obviously a cash buyer. so im curious what anyones thoughts are on this? i plan to do this regardless of the hurdles i know ill face cause i am doing this for a good reason. let me know what yall think

hello bp, i am new to the marketplace and have began taking my investing career much more serious in the last few months. i am searching for sophisticated and serious investors looking for someone who is ambitious, investor minded and able to do their dirty work and learn the ins and outs of their business, so that i might help them in any way possible. i own my own probate investing business and would like to make more money to put into it so i can market more effectively. i dont mind working on a total commission basis as long as i am given a path. i have a great knowledge of the industry and have recently been able to devote myself to this full time. i have good negotiating skills and i am looking to become a big part of someones business. whether it be going to negotiate deals, getting leads, or whatever it may be, i have a great ability and knowledge to do it and would love to be in your corner! please send me a colleague request if you would like to bring in a young, bull headed ambitious investor who can make your investing business take off! thanks!

@Matthew Kreitzer what would interest an attorney to bring leads? I have thrown around ideas such as offering $1000 as a referral fee upon closing. Would something like that interest you? (From an attorneys viewpoint)
