Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment in Panama City.

Purchased a 12 Unit MF.
Got destroyed by Hurricane Michael within the first month.
Completed a full renovation of the property within 1 year of the hurricane.

Always a need for housing!

Realtor, Loopnet and Team was very interested.

Teamed up with Investors.

@Ian Walsh Thanks for posting Ian, I have played around in the Boston area sandbox a bit. Prices are really high right now and A lot of properties are hitting the market over the next few years. We have a few properties in FL. That’s going well so far. Where do you lend Ian?
