Welcome to Bigger Pockets and investing in Utah. There are a number of investor friendly agents that you can meet at the Salt Lake REIA. (www.slreia.com) The meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month and your first time is free.

Hey @Jenny Gundersen welcome to BP and investing in Utah. I moved from Lehi to Eagle Mountain last year and turned my home into rental. Now I am looking for two units this year. I joined the local REIA's (SLREIA and UVREIA) and they have been a great help in networking with other investors in the area. Hope to see you around.
