First Rental

Being a newbie to investing, I cannot express how excited I was when I came across BiggerPockets! I'm currently in the process of turning my main house into a rental and purchasing another single family home with the intention of turning it into a rental after a year as well.

I have been reading and listening to book after book and should have my Real Estate license by the end of March.  I love the information BiggerPockets provides especially when it can be hard to find the help you need!
