@An Duong Are you recruiting? If so, you will spend time herding cats unless you make your service compelling. You will worry about things you didn't know you ever had to worry about. I can't think of anything specific because there are so many little things that pop up all the time. Your individual productivity, if you're being a good broker, will drop.

I really think New Bedford is going to see some growth due, mostly, to the implementation of South Coast Rail...

I've been running my own shop since 2003. It's not easy... and, sometimes, I'm not sure it's worth the hastle.

I have a tip for other real estate agents out there... It involves a new Yelp feature called Collections. I hope I'm able to teach you some new tricks.

@Mindy Jensen So I'm allowed to advertise myself and my company within my signature but I'm not allowed to add a photo of my vehicle, which has lettering on it, to my replies or posts... Can you please restore my reply to "Best car for real estate agents?"? Feel free to remove the photo in that reply, if you'd like. Thanks.

I posted a reply to "Best car for real estate agent?" and it has been seemingly deleted by one of the moderators; the link I've included in this hyperlink is the exact link to my reply. The reply was a photo of my 2015 Jeep Cherokee; it showed my company's logo and my license plate number, which is a vanity plate, JBOWEN. I've included the same photo in this post.

The remark I made in the reply was rather funny. It was not offensive in any way. Why was my reply deleted? Are there any rules that I've violated? If so, can somebody please point out the specific rules that I've violated. If not, can somebody please restore my reply? This inane action by the moderators makes me feel as though this isn't a place wherein I'd like to contribute in the future.

We all know that real estate agents only drive black SUVs with vanity plates... It's like a uniform.
