MassSaver for rental properties?
I'm a little bit confused about the process of going through the MassSave program in a multifamily rental property in which none of the utilities are actually in my name - I was told that setting it up with the electric account number for one of the tenants is the simplest solution, but I'd prefer not to have to go through them to get it all done. Has anyone gone through this process, and is there a simpler way to handle it?

@Andy D. I did this for my tenants in a multi-family house. They were more than happy to give me copies of their utility bills if I was going to put more insulation that would save them money. I am not aware of any easier way to do it, since you have to prove that the property is eligible, meaning someone pays a utility in the building; I took the easy way out, so I didn't even have to check whether there was an alternative.
