@David A Muise when the order is lifted

Remove them at will. Homeless people have a risk of spreading COVID more then hoarders

@Flavius Alecu sounds like your speculating and willing to pay a fee over time for it. I mean you’ll see better options so it’s like why bother unless your thinking the areas going to get a big boost and you have other revenue streams able to pay off the negative cash flow without a hitch or a bump then it can be worth it. But it’s like going to the store and looking at the apple with a brown spot when all the other apples are Bright red and fresh

@Eve Oliver you’ll get plenty of good answers but long story short, he probably won’t pay, you can file a claim against him and get a judgement but he probably won’t pay that either. Real Estate Rentals losses are hard to recoup , esp if the tenant doesn’t care about his credit score

@Kimberly Rodriguez Frank Gallinelli, get his book, know the math, be a step ahead of everyone. **** your young, be so good everyone in he business asks how you calculated that so fast. Anyways you seem passionate and By reading your OP I’m not worried for you. My only advice is don’t stack your dishes too high so you lose focus. Sounds like you got a good plan. I think the double major is great idea.

@Ben H. If it’s cash flowing positive and being maintained I see no reason to sell. But if you want to get out of the same and pay off the mortgage then by all means. Don’t do it for the tenant. If you don’t want to landlord then don’t. Hire a property manager or sell even though I see no reason not to but you lack of wanting to keep it

@Austin Sine if it’s a favor. Your business doesn’t give you power to do stupid favors. If you want to be nice, give it charity

@Nathan G. I wouldn’t respond. If my landlord responded to my Facebook I would feel weird.

You responding to hers will make your other tenants feel like your looking at theirs.

Now obviously this was pointed out but regardless I’d stay out of her firing range. Like a psycho she will keep ranting but eventually it will come down or her credibility will be ****.

I mean, what kind of business are you losing...her friends?

Her story is very well written. Unfortunately it’s too good(meaning she paints you as the perfect devil) that it’s so obviously ********
