I wonder if being a Premier agent with them is exactly what it is like with OpenDoor. Who is better to work for I wonder. Who is the better contender in finding quality agents. Regardless

That is crazy that Dotloop is not even updated on their main website yet. Looks like they just bought it. I am very happy to read that since it seems to be the direction the CEO should be going with given his background.

How does Zillow manage all that data but more importantly which location is it more effective and correct in? I could tell you if you invested in Jack in the Box, a lot of that risk would be in California fast food restaurants and the environment there. What location would you say Zillow Offers is most present or exposed to? My guess would be they are slow to adjust in numerous markets given their age but that is just a presumption. Zillow can often be viewed as inaccurate.Where are they not and how are they winning it with Zillow Offers?

@Chris Mason it seems like a stock worth pondering. Dominoes pizza went with the tech company that happens to deliver pizzas and if you look at the Zillow CEO, his background and their growing notability/market presence,

you could see a foreseeable leader taking Zillow to a 21st century route that I couldn’t put in words to comprehend but it exists. What I don’t know much about is how they are viewed in all their businesses and how much of that is crucial or part of their overall success.

I am someone who invest with more regards to good leaders at the helm rather then “all current or outstanding situations” as long as him or her and maybe self to a degree, can understand where the company is heading, how and why it’s aiming towards that point. I mean obviously other things are a factor but their leadership might be the “bet”

@Nick Mcroberts you could have your agent reach out and decide all those details. It doesn’t necessarily conflict with their PM. The management company could just easily notify the owner they have an interested buyer, then it’s in the buyers court if he is interested. Without knowing the buyers situation, you have zero idea of the answer. Could be a 1031 property that can’t be touched for another year. An agent on either end could help you find out

Overall how does Zillow fare as a company?

ZG or Zillow Group is a public company.

Does anyone think at any point is it a good investment because of how their business is operated and who is operating it(management)?

The internet and yelp changed the food industry game, for better and worse.

For the real estate world, what kind of impact(what kind of further impact) will Zillow and companies like Zillow have on the industry and do you see it as a positive and negative thing?

Last but not least, do you know anything interesting about the stock or it’s company?

His YouTube Channel is like watching 5 people chained to a grain mill wheel. That was the real despondent act

@Jean-Luc Lacosse the time you think you can’t learn anything, the time when you have the most time, the time most people complain that they are bored!? This is the time to learn all the small rigmarole things you could ever possible try to know so when they show up later you can steam tile pass them with confidence.

Oh yeah and if you don’t experience the downturn, how will you know the psychology of the customers in your area the next time poop hits the top and goes ka-poop

@Michael Wegner when you document the condition of the place, use a black light so you can mark any previous damage compared with any new damage that might light up from urine stains.

@Kevin Roth that’s what the seller wants? You will need to raise more capital. The initial question is one we would all like answers too but you can’t force anything, especially numbers, so if you take a loan with the risk of running out of cash, you’ll be without a paddle up ***** creek and your only luck is depending on someone else. Does sound like your passing up a good deal. If your are truly passionate, you will rise to a level where you will be making good deals, big deals, life changing deals, put the mature card in the game and trust your hard enough of a worker or smart enough to know one day another good deal will appear that only you will see. Same goes for stock trading! Good luck!

@Jacob Lapp I love the stock market. This is not an ideal website for finding stocks, trust me.

Having trouble? Read One Up on Wall Street by Peter Lynch. The most practical advice to give you a rational perspective of how all the chaos truly does work or get perceived.

@Jacob Lapp I like Square. Money processing and financial institutions definitely have that long term appeal for investors
