@VAUGHN BLACK Did you get the one you put an offer on in Lebanon?

I have done this type of offer before and it's called adding an escalation clause. Last time we used this we ended up getting the house for the base offer and the clause was never used. This was for a client of mine who really wanted this one of a kind house and there were other offers. I have never done this with a REO.

Yes, you aren't that far from me. I do end up in that area once in a while showing clients houses, but for the most part don't get over that way too often. Sounds like we have the same strategy in mind!

I have been on and off following bigger pockets for the last year or two and have decided to get more involved and network more. So I created an account and wanted to introduce myself. I am a Realtor and Active Investor in Pennsylvania. I currently focus in the Lebanon, Lancaster, Hershey, Palmyra, Myerstown and surrounding areas.
