Having an agent pull listings for me?

Is it an odd request having calling an agent whom I have never worked with and asking them to send me a list of listings that fit my criteria example: all 3 bed 2 bath multi family houses less than 50k? that would be over 100 houses. is that something easy for them to do?

Yes, most realtors would have no problem doing this.
