Motivated investor
As most people who begin in the journey, I am extremely motivated to purchase that first property. It will be the first step to many. I'm glad to know that there is a community of investors and experienced professionals here that are willing to lend advise to us real estate investing newbies.
To introduce myself I am Daniel Novoa and a 10 year veteran who works overseas. My dream is to be able to walk away from the my job and do real estate investing full-time. I'll do whatever it takes in order to reach my goals as an investor.
If there is any advice anyone has as to offer as far as where to look or how to invest as an out of state investor I'd really appreciate it. I'm looking forward to talking with like minded investors and being apart of same path to the financial freedom we seek.
