Can anyone explain to me how these tax sales work and where I can find an inventory of tax defaulted property? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

In response to the dialogue, I dont think it really matters as long as the return that the investor is being promised is fulfilled. Everyone needs to put food on the table. Some practices may be unethical and I am not condoning any such actions. However, if at the end of the day Heath is presenting me a property that I as an investor can flip or rent at the numbers he is advertising or suggesting (I understand he is is not advertising numbers here but im sure he has numbers to justify the claim of DEALS he has)  then it doesnt matter.

What is everyone's experience with rentometer.com? I find it hit or miss.

I too am curious on how to obtain this information. A lot of times, white pages doesn't have the accurate phone numbers. I try to contact them via social media but rarely does that work. I would be eager to know how you end up getting updated contact information on these homes as I ALWAYS end up hitting a brick wall on those. @Jason McDougall, thank you for that suggestions.
