I've been calling around a number of different brokers. Sometimes I get a pickup other times not. Either or I'm typically asked my " company name". With that being asked so often, should I go ahead and create my personal LLC for this business?

Is there anyone who has done a syndication deal who would be willing to hop on a call? I’m not trying to sell anything I just want to close a deal. I’ll provide any value that I can just to hop on a call and or build a relationship! Hope to hear back soon and God bless anyone who comes across this!

@AJ H. I must’ve been mistaken then. I was almost certain the guidelines said something about not trying to “promote” yourself. Didn’t want to be the guy breaking the rules! It makes sense though, how would you recommend going about trying to find someone to mentor me?

I’m a young college kid, and I’m looking to really get into multi family. I’ve researched Multifamily, but I haven’t really looked into any groups. I want to be around and have access to individuals who are doing what I want to do… large multi family. Are there any that anyone can recommend me to look Into.

@Jonathan Bell thank you all!

@AJ H. Thank you for the insight!

I'm diving 100% into real estate now and I've decided to choose the multi-family route, syndication in particular. Can anyone recommend tips on making sure I build the best relationship with brokers possible, and not leave a bad name for myself?

How should I go about having a partner when it comes time for deals? I'm having properties (multi-family) sent to me but I don't want to go in all alone. I'd love to jv my first deal, but how do I know said person won't cut me out/how do I protect myself to make sure I don't get cut out?
