Forming a partnership
How should I go about having a partner when it comes time for deals? I'm having properties (multi-family) sent to me but I don't want to go in all alone. I'd love to jv my first deal, but how do I know said person won't cut me out/how do I protect myself to make sure I don't get cut out?
