What are you using this for related to your sample deal?

I want to use actual numbers from a property of the same size In the same area. Basically to show investors what their returns would be etc so that when I come across a deal of the same caliber they’re ready to go.

Based on many who have had success doing this, I would suggest Facebook Marketplace, or many schools offer a "housing" board/site that you can list your available rooms for rent. Good luck!

Danielle, thank you for your insight on this!

I'm trying to create a sample deal package for investors in my syndication, but I'm running into a issue. I can't find sales history for apartments in the size I'm looking for... any sales history at that. I'm convinced I'm looking in the wrong place because I know that information is out there. Can anyone lead me in the right direction to look?

My lease is coming to an end here in the next couple of months, and I'm looking at buying a house to house hack while I'm still in school so that by the time I graduate I'll have a cash flowing rental. I have a buddy who will rent a room from me but for the other rooms where is a good place to find tenants?

@Scott Wolf I want to say both but it’s more so making connections along with learning still.

My brothers and I are apartment investors. We're in the NC market area. Let me know if you want to chat!

Also, we'd love to meet you in person. We'll be attending the Fire Summit event in Frisco, Texas in December. It'll be a great opportunity to network and meet a ton of syndicators. You should check it out! https://thinkmultifamily.com/f...

 Good luck!

Jeff I’d love to chat! I sent a connection request.

Are there any syndicators in the Atlanta or metro Atlanta area? I'm new to the space and would love to connect!

Thank you all for your responses, I've had a company name in my head for a while and my tech background will allow me to create the website from scratch! I've been networking non-stop as of late looking for a partner and having a ligament business will help I believe. Thank you all again!
