Yeah I agree Chuck .what they say makes sense. Nowhere on their little video do they low ball people on notes plus 30 day money back guarantee..anytime anything is at a costs from 90 bucks to thousands. People will say plenty of free info available. Funny thing about that comment is if the free info is all the way worth it then why are so many posting how they are struggling to find deals . even veterans saying how deals are dried up..dozens of ways to find deals. Safe to say an issue when deals are not being found lol.. For the price and guarantee what to lose, don't drag move, guarantee time goes fast. I had people say even a few hundred bucks too much free info yet have a $1000 cell phone. No wonder people are so bad off .smh priorities alittle off don't you think lol. Worth a shot

I have never put any money down on any deal.. First there are plenty of lenders that cover 100% purchase price, holding costs and closing costs etc they roll into loan. My first one they covered up to 250k per deal, 3 deals at once, 50 per deal in rehab, 5k for fire damage and a partridge in a pear tree lol.. I just got 3 more lenders last week like that. Me personally I get over 75 deals a week that are very good. One company alone in one day last week sent me 30 great deals in 5 different cities and states. Too easy. People run around talking about no good deals lol. Yeah I can tell smh. You can Just take over payments to have a no money down deal . you can get a rehab loan for less than 5%..other ways to cover rehab for cheap. Could go on for days. The anount of good deals I get and do even blows the gurus minds lol. My friend bought a guru package real cheap actually where they cover 100% of all costs, just had to be 70% of arv, he got his money back after his 4th deal, i bought him all 4 deals. They asked where he found the deals dang lol. Me Feel free to reach out info I share just pay it forward

I have done a few they were manufactured, mobile homes .I got all of them for free..just had to move them..some places depending on distance you can spend more to move it then value..I found a company a city over from deals that moved them for free if I put on their land, paid lot rent etc..I even negotiated that and got alittle cash flow from them when I put tenants in place.. I even had same guy on his property give me a manufactured, mobile home for free if I agreed to fix it up..he would get lot rent etc plus he got tired of looking at it..alittle more cash flow for me . was a win win. Sometimes if you just simply Google free mobile homes etc stuff will pop up. I got mines off Craigslist.

I agree with one of the posts. If the guy ask if people see themselves participating and people say no, what do guy supposed to do but say not for everyone etc have a good day.no point of answering questions if answer is no..if maybe let me get more info then he probably would have answered questions. They don't want to waste their time or others . they changed alot since then price wise .I see 15k , 1k monthly. Just spoke to that company they said 1500 up front then 1500 a month. I had some questions cause they was saying stuff that there wasn't no proof of even info they sent . Told them to prove what they were saying and send me agreement so my lawyer can look at it. They said OK ..will see what happens. I get many deals want to have as many partnerships as possible so I can benefit

One thing I notice alot is people always say you don't need gurus go to local networking events. Yet I see so many post on here ."do anybody know how to find good leads, no luck" seem like it may not be working

California is my 2nd biggest market, I hate the franchise tax lol behind Texas I have never done a flip and made less than 70k..what you have to keep in mind is that all markets are the same. There are deals people overlook easily. I have done so many deals that was vacant but you couldn't tell. A few even had cars in the driveway..granted old ones. How many would know that is vacant? little thing to tell a deal is vacant.. Have to have a keen eye .I have taken people out to deals I have gotten that didn't look vacant so they can see what I look for. Funny looking at their faces when they see it is vacant. Lastly, I was invited by a guru to come to a training to help with one part . they rented me a car. I went to the city over to eat. Coming back I took the wrong exit COmimg back not paying attention on phone. I made a left at light once I put address in my GPS. I found 3 vacant houses on way back to hotel ..stopped asked neighbors who owned it etc they told me . got back to hotel before I got started people said no deals . I taught one section at the end showing people how to make money even when homeowners get basically what they want .so many strategies .as I look at posts many talking the same strategies and ways to find deals.. Sad to see

Funny thing I got an email from them saying when was a good time to chat, they said in response to a meeting I went to. Don't even recall that lol.people always say free info available if that is the case then why are so many not doing more deals and I see people posts that they can't find good deals etc..guess the free education isn't working so well lol.

I know now they have a partnership program..really cheap price of a pair of jordans lol. I do business in over 30 markets and i know people in half post they have notes and the owner finance part all over the place .lots of money to be made .was thinking about is strongly..I know a few that was charging thousands before now charging next to nothing. Guess a way for them to rope more in later ..better for people cause at a lower price if things don't work not out so much if so chances are if they do promote more people will bite
