It isn't about how many deals people are doing it is about how much per deal. In my circle I deal with people doing over 2000 wholesale deals a year and 700 flips a year. I haven't reached that level yet.I just do over 400 deals a year through various strategies .I do more double closings than wholesale deals. Making 35 to 40k per deal. Deals are easy..having real buyers is what gets people. Only time i look at deals now is when I help people, your visual learners. Companies have been approaching me to help their company, trainees. Not rocket science. Just running on platforms listing how to do stuff doesn't work for many. Plus I do bonus sessions at some guru trainings they invite me to..I did close to 250 deals my first year. I kept it simple.my first deal took me 10 hours from getting deal to buyer, earnest money..I see people doing 10 deals a year. When people learn how to leverage rather than wanting to personally look at everything then add a job on top done deal for many. I have people run comps all that stuff..doesn't matter if you are doing 2000 plus deals or 10 same thing . then knowing how to have multiple ways to structure a deal, offers. Many look at 10 to get maybe get 3,4. Many use same one tired strategy .it is sad
Rene was really great . told me they covered earnest money too that was huge to me asked him to add that in proposal. weird thing is I spoke to a lady back in January she was real nasty I hung up. Rene price he quoted a few days ago was half of what lady told me just a few months ago .he told me they added a skip trace feature too included amongst other stuff recently. I do think more people would go with them if price was a little lower cause they already getting half and many don't have credit cards or can afford monthly payments until first deal etc.I am going to join Friday . Rene was excited to get me started. I called him after midnight got tied up..he picked up phone right way. Great customer service! Depends on area some deals sell same day. Especially parts of Texas and Florida . I can see how people could have done 3 or 4 deals in a few months with them
I spoke to a guy named Rene he was really cool. Lady I spoke with back in January made me mad. Friend was at my house he was like ,"who are you yelling at I have never seen you upset ever" lol I got tied up called him 45 minutes which was after midnight and he answered right away. Sounded excited after we got off phone
I spoke to a guy last night the guys down payment and monthly and a womans just in January was way different good way . one part I found interesting on top of all the systems etc was that they cover earnest money deposits too..others more costly , no monthly payments , skip trace system they will cover closing costs ,inspections etc but not earnest money..I get tons of good deals from wholesalers plus other methods ..that was huge to me..I didn't see earnest money in agreement though .

I have never dealt with Jerry. Funny thing is people would say 1k is too much alot of free info on here ..I agree alot of great info. Yet you have people lined up in retailers spending more than that on the new iPhone. No wonder this world is so bad off smh. Lol

I work with 5 gurus that brings me to their trainings. I will list some next post can't do all 67..some of the ways are common sense yet so many over look them. I never hv PM anybody lol

There are over 60 ways to find deals .yet when I see people post lucky if see 10..same as strategies there are dozens yet I see so little.don't want to take up a whole lot of space. I get over 75 deals a week ..not hard to find deals especially in az and Texas..you can pm for more info.
Please please please! Did I say please? Lol don't run on any realestate platform asking about a guru. I have seen people asks about a program that was 97 bucks with 30 day money back guarantee.. Many waste more than that in a few weeks .the answer is always free info available . while you can get alot of free info..one thing I see people on here fail at is finding deals..why aren't people doing hundreds of deals .with systems you can do one or a million and won't matter. There are over 60 ways to find deals yet when people post on how to find deals they name maybe 10 tops . one thing gurus are good at finding deals and money etc why some are doing hundreds of flips and thousands of wholesale etc deals annually.. As far as systems some may say free for 30 days but then say after 30 days $97 bucks . they will take card info then charge after 30 days, they said they would if you don't cancel. Read the whole agreement before dishing out card etc info don't say they didn't tell you they feel they don't have to verbally it is in agreement/contract. Not their fault if people don't look over stuff or have somebody else to..y

Great question..there are many markets. I have partnerships with a few companies in Florida that fund my deals, check out rehab etc once I get deals, plus I have people bring me leads in many markets . today I closed on 4 deals in broward county that have close to 650k of equity one is an apartment complex . all came from one guy. Feel free to pm me if want to..funny part florida is my 3rd biggest market behind Texas and California. Guess what? I don't live in Florida . if I can get deals and don't live in Florida what is the issue with those who live in Florida? All good plenty of deals for everybody .

I never heard of Peter or company until I received an email. I setup a call to chat..i looked over the stuff they had and had a friend do the same. I asked if they covered certain stuff cause it would be enticing cause it wasn't in their contract, can't run around assuming things ..lady said I will make sure it is specifically in the agreement I send you tomorrow. They never sent anything else..just had Peter call me saying he really wanted to work with me and call him..he called twice, didn't leave a call back number and when I looked at call history he called from a block/private number.. Yeah it is crazy they want the money and half of profits of each deal.
