Moving a house!?!?!?

hello BiggerPockets community I found a house for sale that is in one of the nicest towns in the area for sale for $10,000. The price is for just the house and you're supposed to move it to your own land some way somehow. Has anyone done this or heard of doing this. What is involved in moving a whole house and how much do you think it would cost. The house is 2700 square feet

Average cost is $12 to $16 a sq ft or $32,400 to  $43,200 for  a 2700 sq ft house move.
