Hello my name is Jason has any ever used asset based lending in nj for a fix & flip an if so how was your experience with the company??

Yeah when I first started they are very good. When I first started I had very little in my bank account, credit sucked and obviously no experience. I made up for it by knowing how to find amazing deals, already had buyers lined up and multiple exit strategies. Heck I even told them how much my unknowns would be(there is a simple calculation for that), many just throw out numbers. I told them about the deal before I submitted it . like it says asset based , that is important cause many said based off what I was lacking I wouldn't be able to get a lender to loan to me and I got 7. Even calling me constantly asking when my next deal was going to be ready to fund. I see you are in new Jersey , tons of deals in your market. I no longer flip do to many others ways to make money in realestate . faster and alot more . feel free to pm
