This is a great indoor/outdoor mid-century modern in Northwood Hills Estates! It is actually in great shape, with flooring, kitchen and baths being updated recently, however "recently" doesn't bring top dollar, so more flooring, counter and bath updates are necessary to get the right price. This house is great for entertaining--the pool is in a courtyard surrounded by bedrooms and living areas. While the rehab is high--this is more indicative of the finish out than it is the condition of the property--rehab should take 8-10 wks, and this will be back on the market by the end of summer!
