Rotation out and into SFR is what does happen. I would say you are in a good position to benefit.

Curious what the collective thoughts are on this recent legislation and how it can impact us as investors in the multi-family space in that state?  I understand there are limited exceptions to implementation as in San Fran, NY, etc.

Yes sir.  We plan to be up in the Raleigh area upon our return from Napa/Maui.  I want to say end of march but not sure.  Don't know if we will be in Ash on our visit but will text you.  I want to introduce you to the part owner of Pilot Cove (Colin O'Berry of  Altamont Property Group) and fellow MIT student.  I suggest you reach out to him and mention my name.  He can provide you further insight on course and he lives near Ramble.

@Jason Hopkins yes it is south of park and north of I240.  Just to the west of south highland street which does not run all the way south to I240.

How does this change your answer, if at all?
