They are drawling up a commitment letter, the lender basically told me today if they draw up the commitment letter and I use that letter to shop for a better deal they will never work with me again. I haven’t planned on going else where or using the letter to shop another deal. I thought that was odd though.

He said what I’m looking for is a commitment letter not a term sheet. Is there a difference ?
