This house needs higher end cosmetics to reach the higher value in this neighborhood. The foundation was fixed in 2014 but it does need to be shimmed to get back level. The bathrooms are going to need a bit of work to get be more functional. The crawl space in the back yard is pretty large so it should be easy to access and change the plumbing and foundation.
