Post: Can you suggest a better investment than this?

I am specialized in short-term rentals that generate over $4K net/month (after tax, potential repairs, mortgage, etc. etc...everything is removed) for properties requiring ~$150K down payment.

Now I want to diversify in real estate and do much much better than this. Any other strategies you would suggest?

Post: Co-host feature possible on VRBO?

I have an apartment listed on VRBO and want to have a property manager answer/communicate with the guests. However, except if I provide my email/password to the property manager, I don't see any co-hosting features on VRBO, for them to access my account. Airbnb has such feature though. Any advice on how to outsource my VRBO account to a property manager? Thank you!

I have my listing on Airbnb but I would like to list it on many more and manage them (Expedia, booking, VRBO, etc.) with a single mailbox. Any suggestion on what service to use?

Post: Miami: in contract. time to negotiate?

A bit of an unusual situation. I am in contract for a condo in Miami Beach and planning to close on Sept 23rd. However, with the Hurricane Irma, it is going to impact my investment as it is going to find tenants (short-term rentals) for several months.

- Even though we agreed on the price (before Irma), should I renegotiate now?

- Is the Hurricane decreasing the real estate sales price temporarily?

Post: Property Management: Guesty alternatives?

I am looking for an alternative to the Guesty platform to:

1 - list my apartment on multiple sites (expedia, booking.com, etc.)

2 - centralize all emails

3 - ideally, have the platform interact with guests (email/phone)

Post: Lender forcing to only work with 1 lender. Is it ok?

I have a lender who is forcing me to work only with her in order to continue the process with me. In other words, they are calling the escrow company and because I have several lenders I am working with for a property (I need to compare their offers!), they want to drop my application. Is it legal? Is it discrimination?

I got in contract for a condo in Miami 24hrs ago. However, now, I got a better deal elsewhere and want to cancel it. I didn't send the initial deposit. Is it possible? How to proceed legally? This is urgent. Thank you!
