Lender forcing to only work with 1 lender. Is it ok?

I have a lender who is forcing me to work only with her in order to continue the process with me. In other words, they are calling the escrow company and because I have several lenders I am working with for a property (I need to compare their offers!), they want to drop my application. Is it legal? Is it discrimination?

@John Martin It isn't illegal. She is basically saying "if you want to compare fine, but I won't go all out for you if you are going elsewhere." It's called "free enterprise". She gets to spend her time as she sees fit. There is no discrimination there. You are saying you aren't committed to her. Why should she commit to you?
