Property Management: Guesty alternatives?

I am looking for an alternative to the Guesty platform to:

1 - list my apartment on multiple sites (expedia, booking.com, etc.)

2 - centralize all emails

3 - ideally, have the platform interact with guests (email/phone)

I do not use them, but many people swear by Owner Reservations (OwnerRez for short)

Personally, we use AvailabilityOnline for the past 12 years and they have been great as well.
