Florida: in contract 24h ago, can I cancel it now?

I got in contract for a condo in Miami 24hrs ago. However, now, I got a better deal elsewhere and want to cancel it. I didn't send the initial deposit. Is it possible? How to proceed legally? This is urgent. Thank you!

While I don't blame you in the least for pursuing a better deal, you don't want to make it a habit of making an offer and pulling out once it's accepted. Even if it's legally possible with that particular contract, your reputation as an investor is also important. Sounds like you're putting in the work though if you have two good deals on the table!
