@Alex Zaragoza that’s great you are starting so young. Keep educating yourself and you will gain the confidence. I’m sure if you look Columbia has a reia group. Look for a sc thread on bp. I’ve talk to some Columbia investors on here. Good luck. You will do great things.

@Steadman Short  welcome to bigger pockets. In my opinion those guru programs give you some info but u will really learn the most when u get started. Barbara Teel where are you moving to? Can you find a better cash flow property in your new area? Seems like it would be better to sell it and look in your new area for a better property. Not sure if that helps. Good luck

apparently it wasnt too bad of a deal. someone has bought the park. not sure what he paid for it..

C.K. Ebert that’s what I was thinking too. With the park being mismanaged I’m sure the repairs were too.
