Yes yes yes.  I’m not trying to stick some small guy here.....I’m trying to say hey wake up.  This guy that your celebrating and telling newbies to adore...he’s a fake.   

He knows it....I know it.  The interviewer might have known it.....er or maybe not.  But listen.  Mistakes are ok just fix it.  Let everyone know the guy is a BS artist.

No. my investors made money.

And I cleaned up the neighborhood.

So 2 out of 3 ain’t that bad.

Really enjoyed reading your stories about cleaning up the streets of Newburgh. One of my business associates is from there and he said pretty much what you did about the high crime areas. Keep up the good work!

Well then I’m going to say that I’ll consider doing that. Because if the tops in a market think it’s impossible it’s a good goal to consider.

So in reality Ill have to cop to this Statement. Maybe I do care what some ppl think.

Maybe I only care what a few...the most important people think.

I found two deals on foot yesterday. One is sick.

Drug, drug, drug area.

Good thing was my old druggies had moved there and they had gotten a little nostalgic and there was hand shakes and hugs.

So if you don’t find me and my wife a beach house I’ll buy 7 units on the the new worst street in newburgh.

There is going to be a murder tho if I don’t buy a beach house before I buy another crack den.

I’m not sure you ever heard that 222 broadway was the worst building in the city....so not asking you about that.

ERRR not everyone’s better but the good folks. People with kids that want to sit on their steps without seeing junkies with needles sticking out of their arms.

People that want to park their cars with out hookers so populous you can’t drive your car.

Did you notice I didn’t hit him with the pepper spray first....and I told my guys...I have a big crew. All ex cons. Stay out of it. Did you think I wanted to be fair?

I’m not fair with people that cause me to fear for my property value.

I hit him with the spray after he was disabled. The stairs helped but my thumb in his eye caused a lot of damage. He was done at that point. I was just getting started.

Guess why I waited.

I wanted to do damage. Yes. That’s my main objective. I don’t care about the copper. This is an opportunity for me to instill fear. Not only in him. He’s a given. He is going to fear me.

In the drug, prostitution, thieving community.

Very important to me....these opportunities don’t come very day. To change a neighborhood you have to make a lasting impression one that doesn’t fade a few days or weeks later.

I also didn’t want him or anyone else thinking I tricked him and got lucky.

Everyone I hit with the pray is usually after I’ve gotten the upper hand and began to physically damage them. That’s the way I keep order.

Now don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying everyone should do this or I’m the best at something. I’m working constantly on new methods. But when all else fails. I have a special skill to fall back on.

If you opt in members could tag a person and say yeah that agent sold my property and did their job. **** like yelp.

I don’t know if you noticed but I mentioned you above. Thanks for checking in with this post. I don’t care about votes myself or what most ppl think....but I do measure my post succes with the stick of did Jay Hinrichs contribute.

I owe a lot of my success to the podcasts. Is everyone on there truthfull? Who knows.

what you just said is the reason for my post.

There are guys out there with podcast guest number 76878 as their biggest accomplishment in real estate.

They didn’t fight thier way to the top.

They found a lull in guest speaker bookings.

I’m all for reruns when BP doesn’t have a superstar speaker. But that’s my opinion.
