Yes, I invest 6% (to get company match) until it reaches the maximum of 19,500. I save an additional 9% towards investment properties...well, starting in 2019 😂. Purchase 1 is next week so game on!

@Matthew Von Dwingelo I’m focused on the mid-market rather than student housing. It’s between the college and the automotive suppliers / Kia. Rent at $1500 for 3br/2ba. Definitely not ideal for students. It’s a gap in the local market (starter homes for professionals). It’s a great niche!

1) Close on my first property on Jan 9th

2) Learn from that purchase!

3) Close on a second property before 2021

4) Set the math equation up for an age-55 retirement (13 years from now)!
