No problems, pls keep me in mind...

Im about to close on a Triplex(2nd March) looking for a GC/HM to do some repairs on each unit. One unit is vacant at the moment, looking to take estimates at the soonest starting the week after closing 3-7th of March. Would like to start work 8-11th March on Vacant unit.

I need a paper copy....pls

This was very funny to read..a lot of good info. I prefer not to be in the market of Stock just RE. Saves ME tons of money and less heartache...

I say go for it, you really can't loose because you have positive cash flow. Its about the long race....at a minimum thats 120k in ten years!!

Welcome to BP, I live in Raleigh as well slim picking for multi family here in city. I would suggest you read, view and many BP podcast/books as possible. Be patience, it took me 2months to locate my Triplex in Kenly. In time it will come together, Im still looking for a local group. Best of luck...

Do you have any numbers on the property? Lease status of tenants? 

Would you consider to be a C neighborhood? Section 8 area?
