As a owner, I would want someone with some experience in the buzy, pending cost and how the agreement is stated I would give you chance. As long as I had several escape clauses...

I would go with resurfacing the cabinets...much cheaper and they look good afterward. Just my 2cents...

I can only speak for me. I did, I wanted some asset protection. I think its a good idea pending how many or how soon you will get your properties?
