This is a difficult question to answer.  For example, what is your investment strategy? Are you looking for cash flow or value add properties?  Is this single family residential or multi-family or something else?  What is your exit strategy....Just need more info before making decisions on which route is best to take.

I've been seeing many questions pertaining to how to structure partnerships with multi-family and syndications.  I would love to hear everyones opinion on the best ways to go about this.  I know each transaction/partnership is different, but are there any formations that have high/low success rates?
I heard a podcast with two of my favorite podcaster/investors....Michael Blank & Joe Fairless....That spoke on this exact topic.

Here's that link

I highly suggest you visit and listen.  Also, I take notes on podcasts I listen to and I'm happy to share those with anyone.

There are many, maybe infinite ways to structure a partnership.  I listened to a podcast about this recently by Michael Blank. His podcast is called "Apartment Building Investing".  The guest is Joe Fairless and the podcast date is 03/03/2017.  Name of the episode is "3 Ways to partner to achieve massive success in Multi-Family Investing"

I made organized notes for this particular podcast as I saw great value in it.  I'm happy to share those with you and anyone who's interested.  Hope this helps.

My thoughts exactly Adrian.  The courts will never allow it through.  This isn't the first time the City Council has voted for this.

Rich,

Are you wholesaling these projects, or looking for investors to add in capital?

Hey Travis,
I work with and for some really great re-habbers and developers in the Seattle area.  If you find a deal, feel free to reach out and I'll help you out the best I can.  Actually, reach out anyway as it's good to know quality investors!

Welcome,

The Seattle market can be tough but I feel that you're starting out the correct way.  Playing Red light/Green light and doing all of the free things first!  I've wholesaled and helped some developers do some deals and have a few in the cooker right now as well.  We should meet sometime and talk shop!

Hi John,
Are you looking to invest or to further your photography?  Both maybe?
