Hello BP. It's only been a little over three weeks since I decided to start my journey of real estate investing and I'm trying to learn all that I can. I'm going to start by learning to wholesale and I want to do a rehab with in a year. Future goals include 3+ rehabs a year and cash flow properties.

Here in Washington State it seems as though it can be easy to get yourself in trouble if you don't have a real estate license so I'm currently working on getting one.

I've also started to take a little action by doing a some marketing (not much at all) with direct mailing. Don't know what I'll do if they actually call right now but what the heck, guess I'll have to figure it out.

Really looking forward to meeting new people, learning, growing and hopefully giving back.
