@Katherine Sommer we are a small time family owned rental operation in Raleigh we have lived in the area for 20 some years and have seen phenomenal growth. We have 5 SFH rentals in Holly Springs and focus on Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

@Konrad R. If they have an ESA that causes you undue financial hardship it can be denied but it is very fuzzy.

For example if the ESA is a breed that is restricted by your insurance company and having the dog would cause them to drop you and the replacement policy would be more money or impossible to secure you would have grounds for denial.

@Cory Lucas 401k loan is a solid option but if I remember correctly leaving your employer can make you immediately pay the loan back in full.

What are people using to get their post out.  I do not use Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist since they generate to many false leads.

1)  Apartments.com (Cozy.co) (Apartments.com)

2)  Zillow.com Rentals 9.99 per week (Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads)

This leaves a hole for Realtor.com and some others how are people filling the gaps?

No one has mentioned HEIL. Any experience?

@Peter M. I did not know that about all being made in a few factories. So price plus good installer is your thoughts no or limited brand consideration. Good to know.

I know your mileage may vary but when faced with an HVAC replacement what brand is considered by you and what ones would you never consider?

If I receive a complaint I use BIFEN at 1 Oz per gallon and using a pump sprayer spray 2 feet before foundation and 3 feet up. spiders, ants, and roaches are controlled from entering. Inside if you have roaches inside used Advion gel bait.
