Just heard about this on a podcast. Anyone have experience with this type of insurance?

I have a condo literally 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance.  My current manager is a franchise of national brand charging me 20% but delivering poor occupancy, bad reviews and numerous cleaning and repair issues that go unnoticed. This is a beautiful 3/2 condo with a game room. I need a great property manager in Kissimmee, Florida. Any recommendations?

I have a str in Orlando. Its managed by the itrip.com franchise for the area. They are not perfect but our reviews are at 5 star and its cash flowing.

Sorry Heinrih. We kept the door open until 6:15.
its a big place and we can’t see the door from the meeting room. So for security at night its locked. This group disbanded after this meeting. There was not enough engagement.
