What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Turn key with 2 doctors from nearby hospital on a 2 year lease. Just Rehabbed a few years ago.

I walked into time bomb with another turn key in Dayton, Ohio after a home inspection. Backed out and got EMD back and found this gem in GA.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Used NREIG for insurance.

I just signed on with Royal Legal out of Texas. They are setting up a Series LLC and trust for me.
