I have FHA buyers interested in my flip property but they can't make offers since the property has been held less than 90 days. Does anyone out there know how do deal with this problem?

Thanks Luis.  

Starting to look at deals in KC.  Buy and hold 30 units or less. I have no knowledge of KC and this would be my first buy and hold  (I currently do flips in Las Vegas).  I am wondering if there is anyone out there who might be able to help me look at a deal  and see if it makes sense.  I  of course expect to pay for such a service.  If you have experience and know KC please contact me.  If you know someone who might be able to help referral would be greatly appreciated.
