Consultant for evaluation of Kansas City multiplex

Starting to look at deals in KC.  Buy and hold 30 units or less. I have no knowledge of KC and this would be my first buy and hold  (I currently do flips in Las Vegas).  I am wondering if there is anyone out there who might be able to help me look at a deal  and see if it makes sense.  I  of course expect to pay for such a service.  If you have experience and know KC please contact me.  If you know someone who might be able to help referral would be greatly appreciated.
